DELIVERY COSTS FOR THE U.K.

Postage and packing is included with all quoted prices on this website.

DELIVERY COSTS OUTSIDE THE U.K.

Any orders placed from outside the UK will be subject to additional postage charges, please contact us before ordering for an accurate shipping quote.

WE DO NOT DELIVER TO AFRICA. PLEASE DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER IF IT IS TO BE SHIPPED TO AFRICA AS WE WILL NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES DELIVER ANY GOODS TO AFRICA.

DISPATCH TIMES

The vast majority of items are on shelf and ready for dispatch in these cases your order will be sent within 24 hours of your payment being received. Some of our power upgrades (the Eco-Tune Special in particular) are built to order. In these cases your order will be fulfilled as soon as possible. 5 – 11 days depending upon workload status.
We will inform you if there is a delay and when your order will be dispatched. However, if this is not acceptable we will offer you the choice of cancellation or a refund.

SHIPPING METHODS

Within the UK orders valued at under £50 will be sent via Royal Mail first class. Orders of a greater value will be sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery which will require a signature upon delivery.
Outside UK orders are usually sent via Royal Mail International ‘Signed For’ which requires a signature upon delivery.
If you are ordering from outside the UK you may arrange your own courier to collect items.

TAX CHARGES

For orders made from the UK or European Union the standard 17.5% VAT charge is required. VAT has been included in the majority of our prices, if VAT is not included it will be clearly indicated.
Orders made by companies operating within the European Union but outside the UK must provide a legitimate tax number along with company letterhead to obtain goods from us with the VAT zero rated.
Orders made from outside the European Union are VAT free.

CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?

FUEL TREATMENTS

Fuel treatments must be returned within 14 days of delivery, the container must be undamaged and unopened. Postage, packing and handling will NOT be refunded (currently £3.00 per fuel treatment for the UK).

POWER UPGRADES

Power upgrade units (BOBBOX, Easy Tune, Eco-Tune) all come with a 30 day trial. The 30 day trial begins the day after the unit is dispatched.
Should you be unhappy with the results of the power upgrade you have these 30 days to return the unit for a refund.
Postage, packing and handling is NOT refunded (currently -5% per unit for the UK).

The unit must be returned complete, undamaged and clean (wiped with a soft cloth dampened with white spirit) along with all ORIGINAL paperwork.
Power upgrades should also be returned with adequate protection, wrapped in paper towel or bubble wrap.

POWER UPGRADE WARRANTIES

BOBBOX - All BOBBOX units come with a 3 year warranty. This warranty begins the day after the units is dispatched.
Eco-Tune - All Eco-Tune units come with a 3 year warranty. This warranty begins the day after the unit is dispatched.
Easy Tune - All Easy Tune units come with a 10 year warranty. This warranty begins the day after the unit is dispatched.

Terms of warranty - The warranty covers the unit against faults or defects within the stated warranty period. All suspected faulty/defective units whould be returned to us with the relevant supply lead/loom and invoice number and details of the fault. Once returned to us we will carry out tests on the unit. Should the unit be found to be faulty we will either repair the unit or replace the unit with a unit of the same specification or a higher specification.
If any units are returned and found not to be faulty we will charge for testing and returning the unit, normally £20.00.
Should a unit be suspected as being faulty please ensure all the units connections are sound and that the vehicle itself is operating correctly.
Warranty exclusions - The power upgrade warranty will become void if any of the following are found when the unit is returned to us:
Water Ingress.
Damage to the unit, either by unauthorised adjustments or physical means e.g. Being dropped.
Incorrect fittment.
Voltage surges caused by boost starting or faults with the vehicles charging system.

Although we endeavour to provide you with the latest product information and that product images are identical to items supplied, we cannot always guarantee this will be the case. Product colours and styles can differ slightly from the published images.

PRIVACY POLICY

Data collected by this site is used to:

A) Take and fulfill customer orders.
B) Administer and enhance the site and service
C) Only disclose information to third-parties for goods delivery purposes.

INVOICES

Invoices will be made to the purchaser unless we are informed otherwise.
Invoices may or may not be sent along with orders, we reserve the right to issue invoices up to 14 days after any order has been fulfilled.

DISCLAIMER

Whilst all our products are of the highest quality and are all thoroughly tested we must add the following disclaimer.
Diesel Bob Tuning shall be in no way responsible for the products proper use and service. The buyer hereby waives all liability claims. The seller disclaims any warranty and expressly disclaims any liability for personal injury or damages. The buyer agrees to indemnify the seller/manufacturer and to hold the seller/manufacturer harmless from any claim related to the item of equipment purchased. Under no circumstances will the seller be liable for any damages or expenses by reason of use or sale of any such equipment. The buyer is solely responsible for all warranty issues from the vehicle manufacturer.
The installation of the product indicates that the buyer has read and understands this agreement and accepts the terms and conditions.
