Fuel System Conditioner
Proving highly effective at reducing exhaust emissions prior to MOT test as this treatment helps 'burn out' excessive carbon build up within engine.
Also refreshes stale fuel (perfect for show tractors/trucks that do not have regular refills)
Fuel System Conditioner will:
Reduce black smoke emissions,
Improve performance and response,
Restore injector operation.
£12.00 for 350ml can.
(Treats 50 litres - 10 gallons)
Lubricator Treatment
Use when 'low sulphur' or 'cty diesel' is only available (especially if vehicle is pre 1998) or when using non fossil fuels.
Contains essential lubrication compounds to lubricate pump bearings and bushes and injector nozzles (needles). Also helps free sticking solenoids and valves.
Lubricator treatment will:
Lubricate and extend the life of injectors and injection pump,
Condition the seals within the injection pump,
Better protect moving parts.
£23.00 for 1L bottle
(1L will treat 475 litres of fuel)
COMMON RAIL/PDE TREATMENT
Developed exclusively for all common rail and PDE systems.
Absorbs and breaks up water that naturally occurs in diesel fuel (through condensation within tank) that left unchecked will cause serious problems.
Frees valves and solenoids.
Removes sludge and deposits from combustion area including piston crowns, enables cleaner more efficient combustion process.
Also contains cetane booster and antiwear compounds.
Common Rail/PDE Treatment will:
Neutralise acids, absorb water and dissolve lacquers from the fuel system,
Remove deposits from within the injector nozzles,
Reduce exhaust emissions.
£15.00 for 500ml can
(500ml treats 200 litres of fuel)
CARBON BLASTER
This new product was developed to address the problem of excessive black smoke from the exhaust caused by restrictions within the inlet manifold, these restrictions are made up of carbon and soot deposits.
A restricted inlet manifold reduces the amount of air that can reach the combustion chamber, restrictions within the inlet manifold occur due to the design of the diesel engine where exhaust gases are returned to the inlet via the EGR valve.
Carbon Blaster is a non caustic aerosol that is injected into the inlet system with the engine running,
Carbon Blaster is then drawn into the engine and on its journey it soaks into the carbon and soot breaking it down so that it loosen and is drawn into the engine where it is safely burnt.
An engine treated with Carbon Blaster will:
Run more cleanly and efficiently,
Give better MPG figures,
Have improved 'responsiveness',
Have increased power*
* - By how much depends on the amount of carbon/soot build up prior to treatment
£18.00 for 400ml.
