INJECTORS

Diesel Bob can test, repair, reset or recondition just about any type/make of diesel injectors.

We carry out full reconditioning at your request. We do not just "bang a new nozzle on".
We inspect every part of the injector.

Pressures are reset to factory specification, washers supplied with serviced units.

As with injection pumps running on non fossil fuels we now offer injector modifications. These modifications involve fitting of an uprated nozzle or alterations to the existing nozzle and break pressure.

For accurate injector servicing/replacing please provide us with any numbers stamped into the injector body

We also offer upgrade injectors for many vehicles including:
VAG - pre PDE engines (4 and 5 cylinder)
VAG - V6
VAG - PDE engines - under development.
Ford Transit - 2.5 non turbo 1996 - 1999
Perkins - various.
