DELIVERY COSTS FOR THE U.K.

Postage and packing is included with all quoted prices on this website.

DELIVERY COSTS OUTSIDE THE U.K.

Any orders placed from outside the UK will be subject to additional postage charges, please contact us before ordering for an accurate shipping quote.

WE DO NOT DELIVER TO AFRICA. PLEASE DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER IF IT IS TO BE SHIPPED TO AFRICA AS WE WILL NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES DELIVER ANY GOODS TO AFRICA.

DISPATCH TIMES

We attempt to keep all advertised pumps and injectors on the shelf ready for dispatch. However, all our stock items move at unpredictable rates. We will inform you if there is a delay and when your order will be dispatched. However, if this is not acceptable we will offer you the choice of cancelation or a refund.

SHIPPING METHODS

Within the UK orders valued at under £50 will be sent via Royal Mail first class. Orders of a greater value will be sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery which will require a signature upon delivery.
Outside UK orders are usually sent via Royal Mail International ‘Signed For’ which requires a signature upon delivery.
If you are ordering from outside the UK you may arrange your own courier to collect items.

TAX CHARGES

For orders made from the UK or European Union the standard 20% VAT charge is required. VAT has been included in the majority of our prices, if VAT is not included it will be clearly indicated.
Orders made by companies operating within the European Union but outside the UK must provide a legitimate tax number along with company letterhead to obtain goods from us with the VAT zero rated.
Orders made from outside the European Union are VAT free.

VERY IMPORTANT NOTES

INJECTORS

Many of our advertised injectors are priced on an exchange basis with the requirement of a deposit being placed at the time of order.
The deposit will always be refunded within 30 days of the old injectors being returned to us UNLESS:
- The old injectors are incorrect for the application.
- The old injectors are partially dismantled OR missing any parts.
- The old injectors are damaged beyond repair (e.g. Overheated, chiselled, smashed, bent, distorted).
- The old injectors are heavily corroded.
- The old injectors contain acid, water or other aggressive chemicals.

NBF / MASTER INJECTOR (INJECTOR WITH WIRE) NOTE:

Some injectors have an electrical wire attached, this injector has additional terms to the above.
- The wire and plug of the old NBF injector must be undamaged.
- The electronic part of the injector must be sound, to check this yourself carry out a resistance check between the 2 pins within the plug of the injector. The resistance must be between 85 Ohms and 125 Ohms, if the injector fails this test NON of the deposit will be refunded.

Should you have any doubts regarding the condition of your old injectors or are unclear of the above terms please email us before placing an order.

INJECTION PUMP IMPORTANT NOTES:

The majority of diesel fuel injection pumps advertised on this site are priced on an exchange basis with the requirement of a deposit being paid at the time of ordering.
This deposit will always be refunded within 30 days of the old pump being returned to us UNLESS:
- The old pump is damaged beyond repair (e.g. Overheated, cracked or broken flanges, smashed). - The old pump contains acid or other aggressive chemicals, large amounts of water. - The old pump is not from the same application or the same type as the pump ordered.

If any of the above apply to the old pump returned to us NON of the deposit will be refunded.

Should you be unsure of the condition of your old pump or are unclear of the above terms please email us before ordering.

PUMP AND INJECTOR WARRANTIES

All exchange pumps and injectors c/w a 12 month unlimited mileage warranty.
All fully serviced pumps and injectors c/w a 12 month unlimited mileage warranty.
Repaired pumps c/w a limited warranty or no warranty. The details of this will be explained at the time of purchase.
Should a suspected warranty issue arise please return the suspected item to us for examination along with details of the problem and invoice number. We will resolve all warranty issues as quickly as possible.

Warranty exclusions – The warranty of our pumps and injectors will be void if any of the following are found upon examination:
Water contamination.
Acid/chemical contamination.
Dirt or other foreign material.
Unauthorised adjustments.
Physical damage.
Incorrect fitting.

Notes on warranty

The warranty we provide on our pumps and injectors is the same as is given by official Bosch, Delphi, Zexel, Denso, Stanadyne and Siemens distributors.

This is:

WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER ANY OF THE FOLLOWING CHARGES:

ANCILLARY CHARGES, such as removal and refitting/hire of vehicles.
TRANSPORT CHRAGES
ASSEMBLING/DISASSEMBLING CHARGES.
VEHICLE STOP CHARGES. AND OR ANY OTHER CLAIM FOR DAMAGES.

The warranty is only for the fixing or replacement of the item/s object of controversy.

Although we endeavour to provide you with the latest product information and that product images are identical to items supplied, we cannot always guarantee this will be the case. Product colours and styles can differ slightly from the published images.

PRIVACY POLICY

Data collected by this site is used to:

A) Take and fulfill customer orders.
B) Administer and enhance the site and service
C) Only disclose information to third-parties for goods delivery purposes.

INVOICES

Invoices will be made to the purchaser unless we are informed otherwise.
Invoices may or may not be sent along with orders, we reserve the right to issue invoices up to 14 days after any order has been fulfilled.

DISCLAIMER

Whilst all our products are of the highest quality and are all thoroughly tested we must add the following disclaimer.
Diesel Bob Tuning shall be in now way responsible for the products proper use and service. The buyer hereby waives all liability claims. The seller disclaims any warranty and expressly disclaims any liability for personal injury or damages. The buyer agrees to indemnify the seller/manufacturer and to hold the seller/manufacturer harmless from any claim related to the item of equipment purchased. Under no circumstances will the seller be liable for any damages or expenses by reason of use or sale of any such equipment. The buyer is solely responsible for all warranty issues from the vehicle manufacturer.
The installation of the product indicates that the buyer has read and understands this agreement and accepts the terms and conditions.
