Diesel Servicing

Our many years of pure diesel dedication enables us to offer engine servicing of an unrivalled standard.
We know from experience which oils and filters etc provide the ultimate engine protection, longevity OR engine efficiency.

It must be made very clear that a diesel engine can be serviced to provide two outcomes.

1) A highly efficient engine with high mpg returns and a BHP figure slightly raised but with a reduced operating life when compared to below.

2) An engine with not so good mpg and a slightly reduced BHP but that goes on and on and on.

As with many things in life it's one or the other, you can't have both!

Diesel Bob Tuning offers both these engine servicing options.

Option 1 utilises our preferred top quality fully synthetic oils with filters to suit.

Option 2 utilises our preferred top quality mineral oils or semi-synthetic oils with filters to suit.

We only use high quality parts during all servicing, saving a few quid on a 'spurious' filter can lead to a very expensive repair bill in the not so distant future.

It is also worth noting that cars under manufacturers warranty can be serviced outside the main dealers by third parties and your warranty will NOT be compromised, provided that genuine parts are used (We will use genuine parts)

During a service we can also check engine timing, check electrical connections carry out a visual check of components and run diagnostics to ensure everything is as it should be.

CAM BELTS

We also offer cam belt changes for diesels. During a cam belt change we triple check the engine timing after fitting as it is absolutely essential the timing is spot on, splodging 'tip-ex! everywhere as timing reference points is just not good enough.

We only ever use original or high quality cam belts/kits. A cam belt failure is one of the more expensive 'disasters' that can occur on a diesel engine.

We would like to point out that we are not offering the cheapest servicing, what we are offering is the BEST diesel servicing!
